The reservations request form for 2026 UW Graduation will be available 4/1/25 at 9am CST, linked from the homepage of our website. We will process each form in the order in which they are received. 

Please review our guidelines:

-3-night minimum stay (Thu-Sat or Fri-Sun). 

-A full deposit required at the time of reservation. This is a binding, non-refundable/non-transferrable reservation. A hotel representative will contact you when your request is being processed, and a secured payment link will be sent. Once payment is received, a confirmation e-mail will be sent. 

-Rollaways are only available in Premier One King rooms, the cost is $25 per night.
