Current Openings
- Assistant Executive Housekeeper
- Full Time – Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Assists the Executive Housekeeper to ensure the impeccable facilities of the hotel. Directly supervises up to 35 staff members. Must have 2-3 years experience in a Housekeeping Management or Supervisory position.
- Banquet Cook
- Full Time – AM/PM shifts to include weekends and holidays
Perform all banquet cooking duties to include salad and food preparation for banquet functions. Must be able to complete majority of food functions from start to finish.
- Banquet Servers
- Part Time
Position 1: Must be available Mon-Fri 3PM-10PM and weekends
Position 2: Must be available Mon-Thurs 5AM-3PM and open Fridays – Sundays
Responsible for meal set-up, service of food and clean-up for each meal function while providing outstanding service to our guest.
- Bell Captain
- Full Time – AM/PM shifts to include weekends and holidays
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Bell section of the Front Office – including direct hiring/training/supervision of up to 15 Bell staff and coordination of shuttle transportation. Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record and is able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Bell Person
- Part Time/Full Time – AM/PM shifts
Welcome guest to the hotel, assist guests with luggage, escort guests to room, drive guest to airport and downtown locations in shuttle, maintain and keep shuttles clean, run errands and provide guests with local attraction information and directions. Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record and is able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Bread Baker
- Full Time – Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
Prepares breads, rolls, muffins and pastries from scratch. Must be able to handle large volumes. Minimum 2 years experience.
- Front Office Manager
- Full Time – Must be flexible to include weekends and holidays.
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Front Office department. Two years related experience preferred.
- Front Desk Supervisor
- Full Time AM/PM shifts – Must be flexible to include weekends and holidays.
Responsible for the day to day operations of the front desk. Serves as a supervisory presence for the Front Office. One year of hotel experience preferred, as well as in depth knowledge of the Madison area.
- Governor’s Club Concierge
- Part Time/Full Time Shifts: 6AM-11AM and 3PM-11PM
Responsible for maintaining the Governor’s Club lounge and supporting the bartender for breakfast and happy hour operations. Provides support and concierge service for all Governor’s Club guests. Must have a high standard of cleanliness and able to provide extraordinary guest service.
- Governor's Club Manager
- Full Time – Must be flexible to include weekends and holidays.
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Governor’s Club Lounge. Position also involves managing 10 employees and serving as part of the Front Office Management team. One year related job experience preferred.
- Pastry Chef
- Full Time – Must be flexible to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.
Responsible for all aspects of the Bakery operation including training staff, member satisfaction and working within budget guidelines. Minimum 3-5 years experience.
- Restaurant Busser
- Part Time/Full Time - Evenings including weekends and holidays, 4PM-10PM
Remove used dishes and prepare tables for setting. Assists server with service duties as needed while providing extraordinary service. Previous experience preferred.
- Restaurant Host/Hostess
- Part time – Evenings including weekends and holidays, 4PM-10PM
Greet guests and seat guests in the dining room, make reservations, assist servers with food and beverage service, assist busser in preparing tables for the next seating and maintain overall flow of the dining room. Previous experience in a fine dining atmosphere strongly preferred.
- Restaurant Servers
- Part Time/Full Time - Evenings including weekends and holidays, 4PM-10PM
Serves meals to patrons in the restaurant by providing a high standard of quality service. Must have at least 6 months previous serving experience, preferably in a fine dining atmosphere. Food and wine knowledge a must.
